1 held for pushing student out of train

 Secunderabad: The Government Railway Police on Wednesday arrested Gogula Raju (23) of Tukaramgate for allegedly pushing a polytechnic student, G Vishwas (19), out of the running Kacheguda Passenger at Safilguda railway track on March 4. This resulted in the student sustaining a severe injury on the left leg.  The incident followed an argument between them after Raju threw out of the compartment the mobile phone of Vishwas. He declined to return the phone, which he had borrowed, after the student wanted it to be given back.

According to the complaint lodged by Vishwas, he had boarded the train in Nizamabad to go to Mirjapally. Raju got into the train at Alwal. K Adi Reddy, CI of Secunderabad and B Pramod Kumar, SI, traced Raju and arrested him, said a press release issued by Superintendent of  GRP, Secunderabad, G Ashok Kumar.
