5 CCTV cameras set upin Padmanabhunipalli

  Dubbak: Five CCTV cameras have been installed in main junctions at Padmanabhunipalli village on Friday. The cameras were set up under the programme ‘Nenu Saitham’ by village sarpanch, upa sarpanch, ward members, peoples’ representatives and village heads. The cameras were launched by Dubbak CI Harikrishna, SI Subhash Goud, VPO Swamy, sarpanch Parsuramulu and other heads of the village.
 
The police officers appreciated the villagers for taking up this programme. They said that crimes have reduced in the villages where CCTV cameras were installed. They urged other villages to come forward and set up CCTV cameras to contain crime. The police officers interacted with villagers and enquired if they need any help from the department. They asked them to inform if any anti-social activity takes place in the village. Agriculture Officer of Dubbak and leaders of various communities were also present
