Bandaru stresses on women safety

Secunderabad: Women employees attended in large numbers the International Women’s Day celebrations in Sanchalan Bhavan. 

Secunderabad MP and former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, MLC N Ramchandar Rao and State government’s representative in New Delhi S Venugopalachary attended the function, along with the sangh women leaders. The TRS leader lit the traditional lamp to inaugurate the celebrations. Addressing the gathering, the MP and the MLC called for giving adequate and proper protective cover to women, even as they were moving ahead in all spheres. They stressed the need for putting a stop to attacks on women at least now.
