Grand IWD celebrations organised by BSNL staff

 Abids: International Women’s Day was celebrated on a grand scale by BSNL women employees in Doorsanchar Bhavan here on Friday in the presence of CGM Sundar. Speaking on the occasion, speakers stated that it was a matter of pleasure that women were on a high pedestal despite facing discrimination. They wanted women to achieve success in all fields by using their power. ‘Patience enables women to achieve success they desire’, they said.  Cultural programmes presented by women received wide appreciation.
