Rajanna jatara posters released

Vemulawada: Minister for Endowments A Indrakaran Reddy has on Monday released the wall posters of three-day Maha Shivaratri jatara at the ancient Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy temple in Vemulawada to be held from February 12.

The Minister who also released the invitation at his camp office in Hyderabad directed the authorities to ensure the safety and security of the devotees, besides providing all amenities. The Minister discussed about the arrangements with Vemulawada MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh Babu and temple Executive Officer Dusa Rajeshwar. 

On the opening day of the jatara, the Administration is planning to organise special religious programmes by the State’s cultural wing under the aegis of Telangana Department of Culture Director Mamidi Harikrishna. The event will be conducted on the premises of Gudicheruvu (temple tank).
