KDF distributes lassi packets to traffic police

 Karimnagar: Keeping in view of severe heat conditions in the city, Karimnagar Dairy Farm (KDF) started a programme of distribution of lassi packets to the Traffic police personnel on Friday. The Police Commissioner V B Kamalasan Reddy launched the programme of distribution of two lassi packets to the traffic police who are discharging their duties in afternoon.

From the past three years the KDF was distributing the lassi packets to the traffic police in summer. To control traffic, the representatives of KDF donated barricades and traffic cones. Speaking on this occasion, the Police Commissioner V B Kamalasan Reddy said the Traffic Police Stations are strengthened with deployment of Youth Police. The Commissioner thanked the KDF Staff for extending support for the traffic police.

He said the police department is heading forward with the target of installation of 50,000 CCTV cameras under Commissionerate limits. With the installation of CCTV cameras. With the donation of Rs 6.5 lakh by KDF, the CCTV cameras were installed in surrounding areas of Dairy Farm, informed the Commissioner. He urged the traffic police personnel to discharge their duties for people without resting. 

The KDF Chairman Chalmeda Rajeshwar Rao said as a part of social responsibility we are extending our support to the traffic police and in future also we will continue our support.  The Inspector Sadanandam, Sita Reddy, Mahesh Goud and KDF Marketing Manager Rajashekar Reddy were present.
