Lions Club district governor Sampath Reddy felicitated
Hanamkonda: Lions Club International district governor P Sampath Reddy has been felicitated in a grand manner in keeping with the tradition of hounoring of serving governor of the club in the month of March every year.
He was felicitated by Lions Club Multiple Council chairman and former KU Vice-Chancellor V Gopal Reddy, Lions district 320F first deputy governor KC John Bunny, second deputy governor Potlapally Srinivasa Rao and others at a programme in Hanamkonda, said a release here on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, Gopal Reddy said one could achieve success if worked with determination and honesty towards the goals set. Sampath Reddy was such a person, who made great contributions towards the service activities of the club.
Sampath Reddy expressing gratitude for the felicitation said, he was fortunate to be associated with the Lions district 320F, which got great reputation in southern India in view of its charitable activities. He promised to achieve the club’s goals with renewed vigour.
The club former governors Dr K Rajender Reddy, P Chander, Dr K Sudhakar Reddy, Dr D Lavakumar Reddy, the district cabinet secretary P Kishore, treasurer PV Narayana Rao, coordinators K Venkat Reddy and T Lakshminarasimha Rao, members K Ramgopal Reddy, K Parashuramulu and others were present.
