Youth told to emulate Babuji

 Adilabad: District Collector D Divya has called upon the youth to emulate the principles and ideology of former Deputy Prime Minister Babu Jagjivan Ram. 

Paying tributes to Babuji here on Thursday on the occasion of his 111th birth celebrations, she said that the social status of SC, ST and backward classes in the country had been bettered due to the consistent efforts of Jagjivan Ram. 

Referring to the significant contributions of Jagjivan Ram in the field of education, agriculture and rural development, she said that it was high time that the youth drew inspiration from his life. Superintendent of Police Vishnu S Warrier, Joint Collector K Krishna Reddy and Municipal Chairperson Rangineni Manisha were among others present.
