Hard work behind the glamour!

 Getting into shape seems to be the top trend in the city. Interestingly, the research also pointed towards the growing popularity of celebrity workouts.These days, most of the fitness enthusiasts are keen about knowing how their favourite celebrities work hard to get their bodies in shape. 

And the movie stars are also creating awareness and encouraging their fans toward fitness by their social media posts, participation in fitness events, writing blogs, etc. And here’s one of them named Navneet Chahal whose workout routines are being inspired by most of the youth

Navneet Chahal is an actress and much known for her iconic fashion skills and grit fit body. She is currently working in the Kannada movie ‘Kempegowda 2’ which is going to release in 2018. 

When it comes to staying in shape, this lady is simply victorious! She pushes herself in every workout by hitting the stationary bike, cycling, jogging in place, doing jumping jacks and jumping rope. She is comfortable in her own skin and is an inspiration to all women of different body types.

Here’s what Navneet has to say about fitness, “Whenever there’s a post in feed related to celebrities like their workout discipline, eating and sleeping patterns, I usually see it getting maximum hits. Celebrity posts on social media are powerful and motivate people. Sometimes it is possible that people may not be able to attain a star level of fitness but surely will achieve a great deal. And this should be seen as sources of fitness inspiration, not points of comparison.  Apparently, it is mostly women in the age group of 26-35 years who are the takers.”

“For most of us, having a fit body takes hard work. We have to watch what we eat and workout regularly in order to stay in shape. And even then, we still might not get the results we want. Despite what people may think, celebrities share the same weight loss struggles as the non-famous folk. Sure, they have access to the best trainers, dieticians and plastic surgeons but many of the most fit celebrities put in a lot of time and effort to stay that way.”

“Working out for me is something I do when I feel like it. But it's really about feeling good and taking care of my body rather than having to fit into any sort of model or anything like that. The truth is it's a lot of sacrifice. It's more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices.Above all, dedication is the key to achieving a fit body.”

Besides usually having a rough day with a hefty workout regimen and daily work at shoots, Navneet takes out time to share her thoughts through her professional blog - Cosmojournals which is a noble cause of spreading her words and improving lifestyle through her stylish fashion sense and grit fitness ability. Also, being the Creative Director helped her to showcase her interest at unique levels.
