Summer tips for your feet
With the temperature rising daily, it is time to think of comfort, which is fashionable. Feet should be allowed to breathe as much as possible and closed shoesshould be given the by-pass, apart from a few formal occasions.
It’s socks season
If you want to keep your feet soft and delicate go for breathable cotton socks and closed toed sandals this summer. This trick gives your feet an extra padding and protection from heat.
Go for flip flops
Flip-flops with rhinestones are the unusual but perfect way to be casualand dressy at the same time. All you need is one pair of rhinestone flip-flops to makeyour wardrobe that much more unique.
Prevent blisters
Blisters are painful, especially in summer, so,avoid the blisters. If you are trying for a new shoe, then use petroleum jelly or an oily foot balm around your heels and anywhere else you think blisters will form.
Keep odours at bay
In this season bad odour develops in your shoes, especially if they’re of enclosed style, like flats or canvas loafers. There are socks specifically made to wear with flats, so that’s a definite option. Or try some baking soda spread over insoles, wait till it absorbs odour (preferably 24 hours) and then dust it off. This will keep your feet smelling fresh.
The wedges style
Summer is here so go for wedges because they are versatile enough to wear with everything, from summer dresses to pants. They also provide great stability and support compared to other high heels.
