Samana College in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Samana College of Design Studies, the pioneers in the state of Andhra Pradesh in teaching design studies unveiled its first college in the city. The admissions for various courses are open and the classes will commence in June.
 
Designing is fast catching up as one of the lucrative career opportunities for youngsters. Fashion Designing, Interior Designing and Textile Design are some of the courses which have become quite popular in recent times and SCDS is offering Degree affiliated to university of JNAFAU in various designing courses including B-Design, ProductDesign ,TextileandFashion and  Under-graduationcourses(GraphicDesign) Samana Moosavi -Founder- Chairman SCDS said  "This academy is going to launch the courses which develop the creative skills related to Textiles and Interiors by imparting the knowledge and skill through various programmes (B Design and Textile Design) which also include undergraduate programmes. 

"Basically Designers should get trained in textiles as there is a lot of scope to build their careers right from basics, like working with weavers to develop their own designs along with fabric of their choice, she said.
