TS Deputy CM bats for Electro Homeopathy
Hyderabad: “The Government of Telangana will work to promote alternative system of medicine, including Electro Homeopathy that can treat patients in a cost effective manner”, said Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali.
Addressing the International Conference on Electro Homeopathy organised by Jowhar Medical College of Electro Homeopathy in association with Indian Electro Homeopathy Recognition Sangarsh Committee (IEHRSC) at Media Plus on Sunday in Hyderabad, the Dy CM said that the Telangana government wants to control and tackle extravagant treatment costs.
‘We want to provide cheap and best treatment for the people of Telangana and Electro Homeopathy can prove to be an effective system of medicine in this process once the State Health department studies its feasibility and presents the report, said Mahmood Ali.
He said “doctors and teachers are most respected professionals but extravagant treatment costs in modern medicine are tarnishing the dignity of medical professionals.
” The Deputy CM said, “The government is keen about spending for the health and welfare of its people.
The conference has expressed optimism for the bright future of Electro Homeopathy as an alternative system of medicine in India as Rajasthan is all set to become the first state in the country legalise the practice. Welcoming the decision of Rajasthan Government, conference organiser Dr MS Hussain said he is hopeful that the Telangana Government will recognise it too.”
Senior Supreme Court Advocate RN Singh, Dr Parvinder Pandey (Mumbai), Dr DK Pal (Meerut), Dr Kuldeep Monga (Punjab), Dr Sanjeev Sharma (Himachal Pradesh), Dr Qaiser Ahmed (Jonpur), Dr KD Tiwari (Delhi), Dr Kapil Singh Thakur (Delhi), Dr BK Singh (Gujarat), Dr Sushant Padi (Orissa), retired Police Commissioner of Bhopal LK Chowhan and TS and AP High Court advocate MA Raheem Khan were among the distinguished participants.
