Shadan students take out awareness rally

Hyderabad:  To commemorate the World TB Day, students of Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences, Peerancheru, organised a walk creating awareness on Tuberculosis.A series of activities were carried out by students for the past week. 

Workshop and seminars were organised on the college premises.  Medicos went to around six schools in Hydershakote & Golconda areas and government degree colleges. 

Students also made a short film "The Battle Against TB" #WHO slogan #WantedLeadersForTBFreeWorld . The video showcases the causes, symptoms, diagnosis and complete treatment of Tuberculosis. It highlights the importance of prompt consultation of Doctor on onset of symptoms of Tuberculosis.
