Mechanic’s son bags State-level III prize

On the occasion of 149th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, competitions were conducted by AP Government on the concept of "Swachchata Seva" on  October 1 at Vijayawada. 

The students who were selected from all districts as first prize holders were allowed to take part in the state level competitions. In this context  D Karthikeya, whose father is a poor mechanic at Anantapur bagged state level III prize on Swachchata Seva Competitions. 

The students of Viswabharathi school, the management and the teachers and his family members were overwhelmed by his achievement. Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the AP CM congratulated him at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada
