FCI South Zone Inter Regional Cricket Tournament: AP, Tamil Nadu shine on Day One
Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu were off to a splendid start as they won all the matches played on the inaugural day of the FCI South Zone Inter Regional Cricket Tournament, here on Tuesday.
Andhra Pradesh defeated Karnataka by 40 runs and in their second match against Kerala they sealed a four-wicket win.
Similarly, Tamil Nadu won their match against Zonal Office(S) by 66 runs and keeping their momentum they went on to bag their second win by clinching a seven-wicket win over Telangana
Inaugurating the tournament, Ashwani Kumar Gupta, General Manager (Telangana Region) advised all the south zone teams to put in their best effort and enjoy every moment of the gentlemen game.
