The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) warned, two giant asteroids, promoted as minor planets, will fly past Earth today that is on September 14. NASA's Centre for Near Earth Object Studies (NEOS) gave the warning.

These two giant asteroids are 2000 QW7 and 2010 CO1.

2000 QW7, which is as large as the size of Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world in Dubai) is ready to fly near Earth today, September 14. 2000 QW7 is approximately 290 to 650 meters wide.

This is not the first asteroid that has approached our planet Earth. Previously, it had approached our planet for the first time on September 1, 2000.

The other asteroid that will pass through Earth is 2010 CO1. The media reports say, the asteroid QW7 2000 will be the first asteroid that will scratch the Earth.

According to NASA, asteroids are small rocky objects that orbit the Sun. Although they orbit around the Sun like planets, asteroids are much more minor in size when compared to the planets.
