Vodafone Presents Rs 251 Prepaid Plan
After Airtel introduced work from home plan, Vodafone also announced Rs 251 work from home plan. Initially, Reliance Jio came up with a Work From Home plan and had declared Rs 251 plan long back. Interestingly, all three prepaid plans by these telecom companies offer similar data benefits.
Telecom Talk says Vodafone's Rs 251 prepaid plan would be a top-up plan similar to Airtel and Vodafone. It will offer 50GB of data and comes with a validity of 28 days. The plan doesn't provide calling or SMS benefits as it is exclusively designed for internet benefits. If you are done with your daily data, you can recharge with Rs 251 to surge your data benefits plan. You can utilise it in one day or use it within the validity period.
The Vodafone 251 prepaid plan is not available in all circles. Presently the plan is open in circles like Bihar, Chennai, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu (barring Chennai), and UP East. However, the plan is still not available in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai, North East, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP West, and West Bengal. The plan didn't appear in the lineup of prepaid plans Vodafone Delhi page also.
Earlier Vodafone doubled the data benefits of one of its existing add-on pack priced at Rs 98. The prepaid plan offered 6GB internet, but now the prepaid plan offers a total of 12GB internet. The data is doubled under Vodafone's double data benefits. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days, and it doesn't ship calling or SMS benefits as it only offers data benefits.
Airtel and Reliance Jio also offers Rs 251 prepaid plan, but their validity differs from each other. While the Jio plan ships 50GB data and valid for 30 days, the validity of Airtel's Rs 251 prepaid plan is based on the existing validity plans. For example, if you have a 28 days validity plan whose validity is 28 days, the Rs 251 prepaid plan would also be active for 28 days. Jio and Airtel plans don't offer calling or SMS benefits.
