Airtel Allows Users to Queue Unlimited Prepaid Plans
Reliance Jio introduced the feature of prepaid plan queuing. Bharti Airtel also has introduced this feature; still, most of the Airtel users remain ignorant of this feature.
How does plan queuing feature works? If a user recharges their account before their current plan expires, their account will be activated automatically with the new pack once their existing pack expires.
With the help of this plan, Airtel users can queue even yearly plans at existing rates, in that way saving them a lot of money on monthly recharge expenses.
The company claims that it has extended this queueing feature to all customers; some users claim that they are not able to avail the benefits of it. But if you want to queue a plan before December 1 tariff hike deadline, the process is simple and straightforward.
When you go to any recharge portal to make a recharge after all the steps are followed Airtel will not activate the newly recharged prepaid plan, as an alternative, it will display the validity of the current plan and let you know the date of activation of the queued plan.
Airtel and Vodafone have hiked the prices of prepaid plans from December 1. Even Reliance Jio has announced a price hike.
Similar to Reliance Jio, Airtel is also allowing users to queue unlimited prepaid plans so that the next recharge activates once the current recharge expires. But Airtel isn't letting this for all plans, but only the unlimited combo plans. This could be quite beneficial for users as from December 1, all plans of these operators are expected to receive a hike of at least 15-20 per cent.
And because of this, Airtel users can queue even yearly plans at existing rates, thereby saving them a lot of money on monthly recharges.
