Attention Techies! These 8 Companies are Banned from Applying for H-1B Visas
National Foundation for American Policy study reveals that the H-1B visas denial rate has touched 24% in this financial year third quarter. This is based on data received from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), it indicates the strict policy of Donald Trump administration on H-1B visa petitions. The study discloses that the rejection rate is highest among major Indian IT companies.
