Using only his thoughts, the patient—referred to as Mark—was able to manipulate the Vision Pro cursor. This capability allowed him to engage in activities such as playing Solitaire, watching Apple TV, and sending text messages without physical effort. He remarked, “Using this type of enhanced reality is so impactful, and I can imagine it would be for others in my position or others who have lost the ability to engage in their day-to-day life.”
