1600 passengers arrive at Hyderabad airport on day 1 of flights resumption
Hyderabad: As many as 1600 passengers will arrive Hyderabad on the first day of the resumption of flight services on Monday.
Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar visited Rajiv Gandhi International airport and reviewed safety measures taken with airport authorities. He said that 19 flights will also depart by this night from the airport.
Medical tests were being conducted to all the arrived passengers. If any found with corona symptoms, they will be quarantined immediately. So far, no suspected positive case was reported. Some more domestic flight services will be resumed from Tuesday.
The official also visited international terminal and enquired about the measures taken to ascertain the health status of international passengers.
