2 held for transporting gutka products in Bhongir

Bhongir: The Special Operations Team police of Rachakonda commissionerate on reliable information arrested two persons in connection with transporting banned gutka products.

According to sources, on reliable information and on the direction of SOT Additional DCP Surender Reddy, SOT CI Raju and his staff conducted a vehicle check in Bhongir town and arrested two persons when they were transporting banned gutka packets worth Rs 2.10 lakh in a passenger auto. Later, they handed over the duo and the gutka carrying auto to local police for further action.

SOT head constables Krishna and Subba Raju, constables Ibrahim, Kranthi, Mahesh and Surender Reddy were part of the team that nabbed the duo.
