Tandur: To get employment now-a-days requires a lot of training and, of course, there is a tough competition. It is even more difficult to get government jobs. In such conditions, in a rare achievement three brothers of a poor family bagged government jobs.

The three young men struggled hard to get educated and put in tremendous efforts, despite working to sustain the family. Sudarshan Rao Kulakarni was a farmer from Gonur village. He moved to Tandur when he incurred losses in agriculture. He raised his children with a meagre income. All the three completed their education in government institutions. They worked as paper boys in the morning.

They used their leisure time to teach tuitions to the students in the neighbourhood. Second son Sasidhar completed TTC and joined as secondary grade teacher IN 2012. First son was selected for State Bank of India in 2015. The last one Vamsidhar was selected for police constable job recently. Near and dear appreciated Sudarshan Rao for making his sons public servants.
