5-day training programme for teachers of ITDA schools launched
Bhadrachalam: Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) Project Officer VP Gowtham, on Thursday, launched the five-day training programme for teachers working in various schools under the ITDA limits at ITDA Office.
Addressing the teachers, the PO said teachers plays a key role in students' life and for bringing out the best in children, the teachers should constantly make an effort to improve their skills besides acquiring the new.
Informing that the training programme was only open for teachers who teach English, Mathematics, Science and Social, the official said in the present world, the students were facing heavy competition after the Class 10.
So, it is the responsibility of the teachers to lay a strong foundation for the students, especially the teachers of Class 10. They should carefully plan their academic year.
"Every teacher should follow the academic curriculum," he said, adding that the training programme would prove very beneficial for the teachers. Around 217 teachers attended the programme on the first day.
ITDA Deputy Director Zahiruddin, ITDA Academic Monitoring Officer Ramanaiah, District Common Examination Board Secretary S Madhava Rao, B ED college (ITDA) Principal M Deva Das, District Science Officer Chalapathi Rao, senior teachers G Bavsingh and T Ramlal, Academic Monitoring Officer & Project Monitoring Officer (Khammam District) Ramulu and teachers attended the programme.
