54 vehicle seized in cardon and search operation
Nirmal,July 8: Police on Monday seized 51 bikes, 3 auto rickshaws and liquor worth Rs.50,380 was detained for verification during a condon and search operation, about 100 police persons took part in the operation held a Alooru village under Sarangapur mandal in Nirmal district on Monday.
Nirmal Superintendent of Police C.Shashidhar Raju said that they have detained54 vehicles without proper documents. During the cordon and search operations Shashidhar Raju interaced with locals and educated them about law he also that the cardon and search operation is being carried out for the purpose of controlling crime and the identification of the accused.
New blue colt and patrol cars teams have been launched for 24x7 reconnaissances within urban and rural areas. These teams are constantly patrolling for public safety and monitoring the movement of criminals.
In the main circle of village, thee is a need to install CCTV camers, he urged them to wear helmerts regularly for their family and kids. He said every on shold cooperate in crime contr5ol and legal actions wold be taken against those who do not have proper documents.
He remembered that we are responsible for protecting forest wealth. SP felicitated a villager for always wearing a helmet.
