6 injured after four cars rammed into each other after hitting a lorry at Nalgonda

Six people were injured after four cars rammed into each other after hitting a lorry near Nalgonda on the Vijayawada-Hyderabad highway.

The accident took place when a car rammed into a lorry and then three other cars collided with one another. Out of the six injured, the condition of the three is stated to be critical. The victims are yet to be identified.

The mishap has led to a traffic jam for over three-kilometer on the highway. The injured were shifted to Nakirekal government hospital. The police inspected the spot and are clearing the rush.

Earlier in the morning, two people were killed after an auto-rickshaw turned turtle in Kamareddy. The deceased are identified as Ahmed and Irfan.
