60 bicycles distributed to girl students in Jagtial
Jagtial: MLA Dr Sanjeev Kumar distributed 60 bicycles to girl students of Old High School, donated by Rotary Club members, in Jagtial town on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said the Old High School gives a temple like feeling as the atmosphere of the school is very peaceful. The students, studied in this school, have reached greater heights in their lives.
With the donations by NRI students, the school management is able to establish digital classrooms in the school. By concentrating on studies along with utilising all possible opportunities, the students of this school must achieve their targets, he advised.
MLA Sanjeev Kumar appreciated the members of Rotary Club of Sainikpuri for donating the bicycles to girl students of this school. He reminded the various services provided by Rotary Club members in the past like development of Tahsil Chowrastha, burial ground, distribution of dual benches to schools etc.
He assured the students of taking the initiation for providing all basic facilities required further for their convenience.
Rotary Club members Hanumanth Reddy, K Amarnath, Rafi, M Krishna, Mandal Education Officer Narayana, Old High School Headmaster M Padmakar were present along with teachers and school students.
