A woman kidnaps newborn at Khammam government hospital

Khammam: In an incident, a newborn baby has been kidnapped at Khammam government hospital. Going into, Ramadevi of Kandukuru village has given birth to a girl baby.

On Tuesday morning around 6:30 am, an unknown woman who entered the hospital has taken away the infant. According to the family members, the woman approached them pretending to give milk to the baby and believing her they gave the child to her.

They said that it has just been 15 days since the child was born. On receiving the information, the police registered a case and investigating further. Over examining the CCTV footage in the hospital, the police have identified the woman and initiated a search for her.
