ABVP leaders attempt to lay siege to Pragati Bhavan, arrested

Tension prevailed at Chief Minister's camp office Pragati Bhavan after ABVP leaders tried to lay siege to Pragati Bhavan on Wednesday. The ABVP has called for the lay siege in support of the TSRTC strike.

Around 300 police personnel deployed at Pragati Bhavan shocked over the unexpected incident after the ABVP leaders jumped the gates and entered into the office. However, the police acted swiftly and foiled their attempt.

The ABVP leaders were arrested and sent to Goshamhal police station.
