Actor Raja Ravindra files case against blackmailer

Hyderabad: Actor Raja Ravindra lodged a complaint with Madhapur police against one Karthik alleging that the later threatened and blackmailed the actor for a sum of Rs 5 lakh.

According to police, on Wednesday at about 9 pm, Raja Ravinder had lodged a complaint in which he stated that on Wednesday morning, he received a phone call from one Karthik, who said he had a video recording of actor Raj Tarun and demanded Rs 5 lakh for not disclosing the video.

He also threatened that he will upload the video on social media if he failed to provide the demanded amount.

Later, on Thursday morning Karthik went to a Telugu news channel and made frivolous allegations against actor Raja Ravinder. The Madhapur police registered a case and took up investigation.
