Adilabad: Four held for selling ganja
Adilabad: Police arrested four persons for selling ganja and recovered Rs 2,100 cash from them here on Tuesday.
According to police, ganja peddlers are targeting youth in Adilabad town and selling dry ganja in small packets. Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a house and caught them red handed.
The arrested were identified as Shaik Kalimoddin of Tatiguda of Adilabad; Bande Thukaram of Junni village of Echoda; Shaik Akbar of Gudihathnoor; and Sahik Saleem of Kranthi Nagar of Adilabad district. Tthe police seized 4 kg ganja, Rs 2,100 cash and a bike from them.
Task Force SI Raju, II town SI Mobin, head constables Sk Tajoddin, Md Siraj Khan, Syd Jakeer Ali Prem Sing, Ramesh Kumar, MA Kareem and Gangadhar were present.
