All arrangements in place for SCC exams
Medchal: All arrangements have been made for the orderly and peaceful conduct of SCC examination in district from March 16 to April 3.
According to DEO, a total of 44,443 are to appear for the exams across 191 centres.
182 of them are for the regular candidates and nine for private.
Students from private schools account for 35,626, while those from government institution are 7,277.
As many as 16 officials have been appointed as route officers, while eight have been designated as squad officials.
Twenty police stations are to store the question papers across the district.
The DEO has advised the candidates to visit their exam centre a day in advance and reach the centre on the day one hour before the scheduled time.
They should compulsorily carry hall-tickets. Otherwise they won't be allowed to enter the centre.
They are to also carry exam pad, pen, pencil and should not hold any electronic and electrical appliances, as also the invigilators.
The DEO stated that Section 144 would be imposed near all exam centres.
First-aid kits would be made available at all centres along with drinking water.
He advised the parents to ensure that the surroundings of their houses are peaceful during the study of the candidates, to provide healthy food to them and to take precautions to avoid hardship caused by hot weather.
