All India Police Band competition concludes in Secunderabad

Secunderabad: Venkaiah Naidu, Vice President of India presented overall championship trophy of 20th All India Police Band Competition to Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at the Railway Sports Complex here on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, M Venkaiah Naidu said that music is divine and capable of touching the hearts and minds of people equally.

Music brings out the best in a person and arouses the courage, valour in the armed forces. Police bands and marshal music inspires the forces, invokes patriotism and commitment towards protection of the Nation. The Vice President released a coffee table book comprising the evolution and performance of Railway Protection Force.
