All parties support RTC strike in Nizamabad

All-party committee leaders staging a dharna in Nizamabad on Thursday in support of RTC workers’ strike

Nizamabad: JAC convener Bhaskar said the fight will continue until the RTC is incorporated into the government. The All-Party Committee members staged a protest in support of the RTC workers' strike, here on Thursday. Along with the RTC workers, the leaders took out a rally from Pragati Bhavan to RTC bus depot.

Extending their support to the RTC staff, Bhaskar demanded that an action plan to merge the RTC with the government should be drafted immediately. He told the government to stop hatching conspiracies for the privatisation of the RTC.

New Democracy district leader V Prabhakar, IFTU State president V Krishna, BLF leader D Venkat, CPM district secretary Ramesh Babu, PYL leader Sudhakar, PDSU district president Kalpana, PRTU leader Shankar, Gazetted Headmasters Association JAC leaders Srinivas, Narsaiah, and Sanjeev, Civil Rights Commission secretary Ravinder and leaders of various parties participated in the rally.

In Kamareddy, RTC workers staged a dharna in front of the new bus stand here on Thursday. PRTU Teachers Union, which supported the RTC strike, participated the in the RTC workers' rally from CSI Church to the bus depot. ZPTC Arekela Srinivasa Reddy, TTF President Vittal, Raithu Sangam Suresh Gonda and others participated in the protest.
