Amit Shah wants violence in Telangana State: Boinapalli Vinod Kumar
Karimnagar: Former MP Boinapalli Vinod Kumar on Monday condemned the comments made by Central Home Minister Amit Shah, who visited Hyderabad on Sunday. He alleged that the Central Home Minister wants violence in Telangana that is why he asked the people of Telangana to be like that of Bengal.
Speaking at a press meet at his residence in Karimnagar, the former MP said the people of Telangana achieve separate statehood without giving any scope of violence. If BJP party encourages violence in Telangana, the TRS will not sit quiet, and will give a fitting reply, he stated.
"Where there will be peace there will development. Being a Home Minister, he wants the police should do their duty in a different manner. Amit Shah said that the BJP government will send Union Minister for every 15 days. We welcome that and request the government to send first Water Minister Shekawath to observe various kinds of irrigation projects that are taken up by the Telangana government for sanctioning funds," he added.
And then they should send Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari to lay foundation stones for the proposals that were submitted by the TRS government for sanctioning national highways and later Piyush Goyal should come here to inaugurate Railway Coach Factory in Kazipet, the former MP criticised.
'Amit Shah's agenda is against the Telangana. If you want to strengthen your party, then do it. No one will object. But if you want to involve in street fight, then the TRS will not sit and watch,' he warned.
B Vinod Kumar pointed out that funds were not allocated to railway department in the Union budget presented recently. The BJP is trying to dissolve Kothapalli-Manoharabad railway line. It copied TRS party's Rythu Bandhu scheme. The BJP party must introduce separate Railway budget in the next financial year, he demanded.
