Court sentenced life imprisonment to three convicts (Attapur murder)

Three people who were involved in the brutal killing of a man on the road in broad daylight in 2018 have been sentenced to life imprisonment by a local court in LB Nagar on Friday.

The trio -- V Kishan Goud, Lakshman Goud and Vikram Singh chased the victim Ramesh while he was returning from the court hearing. Vikram Singh followed Ramesh from the court and was sharing updates with the remaining two. All the trio attacked Ramesh with knives on September 26, 2018, leaving the people and police spectators to the crime.

Kishan Goud and Lakshman who are relatives have developed a grudge on Ramesh who was the prime accused in the murder of Kishan Goud's son, Mahesh Goud that occurred in 2017.

While two accused surrendered before the police after the murder, Vikram was arrested by the police in October 2019. The police filed a charge-sheet against them in December 2018. The court noted the statements from around 32 witnesses and pronounced the judgement.
