Azharuddin assumes charge as Hyderabad Cricket Association president

Former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin took charge as Hyderabad Cricket Association president on Monday.
Meanwhile, Vice president John Manoj, secretary Vijayanand, joint secretary Naresh Sharma and treasurer Surendra Kumar also assumed the charge of the office.
Speaking on the occasion, Azharuddin said that strive for the development of cricket by improving stadiums. "I welcome all the advises and suggestions from the panel," he said.
Azharuddin has been elected as the HCA president on September 27.
