Bandi Sanjay Kumar dares Telangana Government to arrest him
Hyderabad: State BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar dared to arrest him on account of making provocative statements as claimed by some TRS leaders. Addressing media here on Saturday, he said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao statement of asking whether BJP government wants to send 30 crores Muslims out of the country was not provocative, then, what he said about 80 per cent of Hindus would not amount to provocative.
He alleged that Popular Front of Inda (PFI), a banned organisation in Kerala has been conducting a meeting at different mosques in the city. Several Congress and TRS leaders have been participating in the same. And, the government is going soft on such activities with an eye for votes to capture GHMC. If they make provocative statements and support going soft towards such activities, they (TRS) are secular and patriotic. If he speaks facts about various issues then they are labelled as provocative, he said.
He said that BJP is controlled by people and not by Congress, TRS and MIM. It is for controlling those parties that people are welcoming, supporting and electing the BJP, he added.
He demanded the State government as to how too many Rohingyas, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis are staying in the city. How many of them are enrolled in the voters' lists? Besides, he asked the TRS government as to why is it wooing the illegal foreigners staying in Hyderabad for their votes?
"Elections come and go. But, political parties should tell facts to the people." Bandi Sanjay said that the State Election Commission had issued a clarification stating that it had not received any letter complaining against the financial assistance to the flood victims. It exposes the TRS pre-meditated design to malign him and the BJP.
