Bear strays into village in Nizamabad; injures one

A man sustained serious injuries after a bear attacked him at Dharmaram village of Dichpally mandal in Nizamabad.

Villagers who noticed the animal in the village tried to catch the bear. However, the bear turned provocative with the efforts put on by the villagers to capture him and attacked a man.

Meanwhile, the youth formed into four teams to catch the animal and also alerted the forest officials about the bear which went missing.
