Bhadradri: KTPS chief engineer caught while accepting bribe

A chief engineer working at Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS) has caught by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) while accepting a bribe.
According to the ACB officials, K Anandam demanded Rs 10 lakh bribe for one Lalitha Mohan to release bills of Rs 71 lakh for the work being done at fifth and sixth phases. However, Rs 2 lakh has been given to Anandam and is harassing Mohan for the remaining amount.
Fed up with the harassment, Lalitha Mohan approached ACB officials who laid a trap at his office and caught him red-handed. ACB DSP Pratap, CI Ramanamurthy, Ravindar and Kranti were present.
