BJP State delegation met Additional DGP over lathicharge on Raja Singh

Hyderabad: BJP state delegation lead by its President met Additional DGP Jitender on Thursday and complained against police officials who resorted lathicharge on party's Goshamahal MLA T Raja Singh. After the meeting addressing the media at DGP office premises, party MLC N Ramchander Rao called for Goshamahal Bandh on Friday. He alleged that by colluding with MIM, the TRS Government targetting the BJP leaders and hindu samaj.

He further alleged that eventhough the reinstallation of new statue of Rani Avanti Bai is related to GHMC, Police officials with over enthusiasm obstructed the reinstallation of the statue and did lathi charge. To show concern towards his supporters, Raja Singh himself hit his head with the stone to obstruct the lathicharge on his constituency party workers and General Public. But the police with malafide intention made viral of the videos except releasing the videos of lathicharge.
