Bridge damaged due to rainfall in Telangana

Hyderabad: Some areas of Telangana state noted severe rainfall on the evening of Thursday. According to the records, 17cms of rainfall was recorded in Vikarabad and Mahaboobnagar districts. It led to the overflow of Kagna river. The temporary bridge between Kodangal and Tandur which was laid for the light motor vehicles was damaged. The transportation between the two areas was blocked. Locals said that high rainfall was also seen in Tharur, Kulkacharla, Paddemul areas.

3) Mahaboobabad- 13.6cms

4) Mogdhampalle (Sangareddy)- 11cms

6) Tharur (Vikarabad)- 9.2cms
