Burglars steal valuables, kills woman in Hyderabad

A woman was killed by burglars who sneaked into her home to steal valuables. The incident took place at Ameenpur in the city here on Saturday.

Getting into details, the burglars entered into a house belonging to Surendar Goud at Anurag colony in Ameenpur in a bid to steal valuable things from the house. They attacked Surendar's wife Arundathi and threatened to kills her if she did not hand over the gold and cash in her house.

The burglars threw chilli powder into her eyes when she tried to escape from them. However, she was strangulated to death when tried to raise an alarm. The burglars then escaped with gold and cash.

Surendar who returned home from work was shocked seeing his wife dead. He informed the police who registered a case and launched an investigation.
