Warangal-U: Without impetus on health and education, all- round development of Telangana is not possible, Minister for Panchayat Raj Errabelli Dayakar Rao said.

He was speaking at the inauguration of a school building by Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swami at Gatla Narsingapur village under Bheemadeverapally mandal on Sunday.

It may be mentioned here that the school building was donated by Kaveri Bhaskar Rao Charitable Foundation, owned by Kaveri Seeds chairman G V Bhaskar Rao and Vanaja.

Healthcare and education are two key issues that the TRS government had been giving a lot of priority, he said. "The government had established a large number of Gurukul Schools to impart quality education to the poor and downtrodden students.

In addition to this, the government also introduced several healthcare measures such as KCR Kits, Kanti Velugu, hygiene kits etc.," Errabelli said. He appealed to people to allocate a portion of their income to good causes.

"The businessmen can do a world of good to the societal good even if they can allocate just 5 per cent of their earnings," Rao said.

Errabelli and Minister for Health E Rajender heaped praise on Kaveri Bhaskar Rao for his gesture and said that it's heartening to see people generously working for the cause of society.

Earlier, Chinna Jeeyar Swami inaugurated the school building. He also launched a health camp for women.

Warangal Urban District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil and Husnabad MLA V Sathish Kumar were among others present.
