CITU demands release of pending salaries in Kothagudem
Kothagudem: Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) Singareni vice-president Y Krishnaiah demanded the Singareni Collieries Company Limited management to release pending salaries of workers immediately.
On Thursday, he conducted a meeting with the workers in the main hospital area.
Before the meeting, a protest was conducted by the leaders with the supporters.
During the time, the leaders and workers raised slogans against the SCCL management.
Speaking on the occasion, Krishnaiah demanded the company to pay the pending salaries of two days of election dates of December 7 and April 11.
CITU leaders Venkat Swamy, Malleswary, Kumari, Santha, Shanker, Laxmi, Ramana, Vijay, Ramesh and others too part in the protest.
