Class 9 student found dead in hostel room in Vikarabad

A 13-year-old girl was found dead in her hostel room on the early hours on Saturday here at Dharur village in Vikarabad district.

Gayathri was pursuing the ninth standard in a residential school. She was admitted to the school by her grandmother after the death of her mother.

The hostel girls alerted their warden after Gayathri failed to respond when they tried to wake her up. The hostel warden sent the girl to a hospital where the doctors declared him dead.

Her body was shifted to the Vikarabad government hospital for an autopsy.
