CM KCR greets women on occasion of Bathukamma

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday extended wishes to the people especially women on the occasion of the start of the Bathukamma festivities.

The festival showcases the culture and tradition of the state which have to be celebrated with happiness, he said. The floral festival Bathukamma is being made with various seasonal flowers showcasing people's respect towards nature, he added.

Meanwhile, the chief minister directed the officials to make necessary arrangements at the temples and also at Bathukamma ghats.
