CM KCR unanimously elected as TRS president
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been reelected as TRS party president on Monday. The election was unanimous. A total of 18 nominations were filed by the TRS leaders who all proposed the name of K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Election officer Srinivas Reddy announced the result in ongoing party plenary at Hitex. On occasion, the party leaders congratulated K Chandrasekhar Rao who also thanked the party leaders for electing him as TRS president. As the party president, Rao presided over the plenary meeting.
The plenary session will have the achievements of 20 years of TRS including developments made in Telangana after attaining power. The session will also showcase achievements in irrigation sector, development in industries and IT sector, improvement of education and health and TRS demands to centre.
