Collectors' Conference to hold deliberations on new Revenue Act

Hyderabad: The Collectors of 33 districts have reached Pragati Bhavan for the Collectors' conference convened by CM K Chandrashekhar Rao to take inputs and views on the proposed new Revenue Act.

Other issues to be discussed include implementation of the new Panchayat Raj and Muncipal Acts and the Action Plan for 60-day programme to be undertaken in villages and towns.

The conference will be held for two days. Ministers, senior bureaucrats from various departments and CMO officials are also taking part in the conference.
