Complaint against Hyderabad man for objectionable post on CM KCR

TRS leaders lodged a complaint against a man for sharing an objectionable post on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on social networking site Facebook.

The ruling party leaders from cantonment area in Secunderabad approached the police after they found a profile on the name Panayla Raju who uploaded a post making derogatory comments against the Chief Minister in an insulting manner. Bowenpally CI Anjaiah with the help of cybercrime police removed the post and the shares from the social media.

A case will be filed against the accused under the Information technology act. He is yet to be arrested.

Earlier, a notice had been issued to the public by the police that action will be taken against those for spreading fake news. The police also asked the citizens also to stop believing any unconfirmed news and not to forward them.
